Based on the Sustainability Policy, the Company and Marubeni Private Real Estate Investment Trust have identified Materiality on ESG issues in order to realize a sustainable society as part of our corporate social responsibility, recognizing the importance of environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations . The outcomes of action plans and targets for each Materiality are monitored and will be reviewed for the next fiscal year accordingly.
